The points are p1 = (- 1, 0) and p2 = (2, 4)

Distance formula : d = image.

Substitute the values of p1 = (x₁, y₁) = (- 1, 0) and p2 = (x₂, y₂) = (2, 4) in the distance formula.

d = image
