The Inequality is |y-2x| < 4.

It is in the form of |ax+b| < c then this can be written as -c < ax+b < c

|y-2x| < 4 can be written as -4 < y - 2x < 4

2x - 4 < y < 2x+4

Now Graphing the Inequality 2x - 4 < y < 2x+4

Therefore the Region that brown in color is the required answer. The Dotted lines indicate that it is not included in the inequality.
