The given inequality is 3/2 v -3 >-8v +2

Add  each side  by  8v

= 3/2 v +8v -3 > -8v +8v +2

= 3/2v+ 8v -3 > 2

Add each side by  3

= 3/2v +8v -3 +3 > 5

= 3/2v +8v > 5

= ( 3v +16 v ) /2 > 5

Multiply  each side  by  2

= 3v + 16v > 10

= 19 v > 10

Divided  each side by  19

Therefore v > 10 /19

The inequality solution is  v > 10 / 19 .
