What is the electric potential energy of the proton in the figure?

The electrons are fixed and cannot move. Assume that r = 0.48 nm and d = 1.8 nm .

I know the equation needed is Vp = q*(kq/r)
and the answer i get is -2.47 x 10^-19 but that is wrong and I can't find my error.
