The line 4x+5y-21=0 is in the form of ax+by+c =0.

Slope of line ax+by+c =0 is m = -a/b

m = -4/5

Slope of the parallel line is -4/5.

Equation of the line is (y-y_1) = m(x - x_1)

(y-2) = (-4/5)(x - 1)

5y-10=-4x+4

4x-5y+14=0
