The Equation

(5/2) (x − 2) + 3x  =  3(x + 2) − 10

[ 5(x − 2) + 2(3x) ] / 2   =  3x + 6 − 10

[ 5x − 10 + 6x ] / 2   =  3x - 4

5x − 10 + 6x  =  2(3x - 4)

11x − 10  =  6x - 8

11x − 6x  =  - 8 + 10

5x  =  2

x  =  2/5

Answer :

The Solution is x  =  2/5.
