Given points are (-8, 9) and (3, -4)

Let (x1, y1) = (-8, 9) and (x2, y2) = (3, -4)

Two Points Form of Line Equation is (y - y1)  =  [ (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) ] (x - x1)

Substitute (x1, y1) = (-8, 9) and (x2, y2) = (3, -4)

(y - 9)  =  [ (-4 - 9) / (3 + 8)] (x + 8)

(y - 9)  =  [ (-13) / 11] (x + 8)

11(y - 9)  =  -13(x + 8)

11y - 99  =  -13x - 104

11y + 13x  =  99 - 104

11y + 13x  =  -5

13x + 11y + 5 = 0.

Answer :

13x + 11y + 5 = 0
