Given AP 1, 5, 9, 13...........

t1  =  a  =  1

t2  =  5

d  =  t2 - t1

    =  5 - 1

d  =  4

nth term tn = a + (n-1)d --------------> (1)

Substitute a  =  1 and d  =  4 and n = 11 in Eq (1)

t11  =  1 + (11 - 1)4

       =  1 + 10(4)

       =  1 + 40

t11  = 41.

Answer :

The 11th term is 41.
