What is a Factor of 12, and multiple of 5

12 = 1*12

12 = 2*6

12 = 3*4

Factors of 12 are 1,2,3,4,6,12.

To find out multiples of 5, we should multiply 5 by each integer.

......-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,5,........

Multiples of  5 is 5,10,15,...

No common number is multiple of 5 and factor of 12.

But 60 = 12*5

60 is 5 multiple but it's not a factor of 12.12 is the factor of 60.
