Given polynomial 3x^2+7x-6

= 3x^2+9x-2x-6

= 3x(x+3)-2(x+3)

Take common out x+3 from above expressionl.

= (x+3)(3x-2)

Factorng of given polynomial is (x+3)(3x-2).
