 x 3 y  -  9 y 2  = 3 x + 7

Derivitive each term with respected to x.

d / d x x 3 y )  - d / d ( 9 y) = d / d x ( 3 x ) + d / d( 7 )

Apply the prodect property  d / d x ( u v ) = u v ' + v u ' and  power property  d / dx ( x n ) = n  x n -1

x 3 ( d y / d x ) + y d / d x x 3 )    (18 y )  d y / d x = 3 + 0

x 3 ( d y / d x ) + ( 3 x 2 )    (18 y )  d y / d x = 3

x 3 ( d y / d x ) + ( 3 x 2 )    (18 y )  d y / d x = 3

x 3 ( d y / d x     (18 y )  d y / d x = 3  - 3 x 2 y

[ x 3 -  18 y ]  d y / d x = 3 - 3 x 2

( d y / d x ) =  [ 3 - 3 x 2 y ] /  [ x 3  18 y

Therefore  ( d y / dx ) = [ 3  -  3 x 2 y ] /  [ x 3  - 18 y  ].
