Given Geometris series is 2,2.4,2.88

Common ratio is r =  1.2

n = 48

Sn = a1(1-r^n)/(1-r)

Sn = 2(1-(1.2)^48)/(1-1.2)

= 2(1-6319.74)/(-0.2)

= -12637.48/-0.2

= 63187.4

Sum of first 48 terms = 63187.4.
