The standard from of the ellipse equation is image.

The ellipse centered (h, k) = (4, 1).

The substitute h = 4, k = 1 values on above equation.

The standard form of the equation of an ellipse centered at (h, k) with major and minor axes of lengths 2a and 2b (Where 0 < b < a) is
