The first pair of points (- 1, 3) and (4, - 2).

Line equation formula : y - y₁ = [(y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)](x - x₁).

Substitute the values of (x₁, y₁) = (- 1, 3), (x₂, y₂) = (4, - 2) in Line equation formula.

y - 3 =[ (- 2 - 3)/(4 + 1)](x + 1)

y - 3 = [- 5/5](x + 1)

y - 3 = [- 1](x + 1)

y - 3 = - x - 1

Add 3 to each side.

y  = - x - 1 + 3

y  = - x + 2.

The slope intercept form of the equation is y  = - x + 2.

The second pair of points (2, - 3) and (2, 4).

Line equation formula : y - y₁ = [(y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)](x - x₁).

Substitute the values of (x₁, y₁) = (2, - 3), (x₂, y₂) = (2, 4) in Line equation formula.

y + 3 =[ (4 + 3)/(2 - 2)](x - 2)

y + 3 =[ 7/0](x - 2).

Its not possible,to form a line through these pair of points.
