Use Cramer's Rule to solve this equation.

7x-2y=4
3x+y=-6

Given equations are 7x - 2y = 4 ---> (1)

3x + y = -6 ---> (2)

Convert the equations in to matrix form AX  = B.

A  is coefficient matrix, X  is variable matrix and B  is constant matrix.

Now we solve the equations in Cramers method.
