The triangle coordinates are D(2, 4),E(6, 4) and F(3, 8)

If you add 3 to each y  coordinate you get D(2, 7) E(6,7) and F(3, 11).

If you subtract 3 from each x  coordinate you get D(-1 , 4) E (3,4) and F(0, 8).

Notice that adding 3 to the y  coordinates moves the triangle up 3 units and that subtracting 3

from x coordinate moves the triangle left 3 units.

Now, draw your own triangle, and move it by adding or subtracting a number from the y - coordinates and x  - coordinates of the vertices.

F coordinates when moves the triangle up 3 units is (3,11).

F coordinates when moves the triangle left 3 units is (0, 8).
