u = <-3, 4>, v = <8, 2>

If u = <u1, u2>, v = <v1, v2> then u+v =<u1+v1,u2+v2>

Here, u1 =-3,u2 = 4,v1 =8, and v2 = 2

u+v =<-3+8,4+2>

       =<5,6>
