Put the equation in the form of ax^2 + bx + c = 0

7-3x^2 = (x+2)^2 - 6

7- 3x ^2  = x^2 +8x  + 4 - 6

7 - 4x^2 + 8x  -2

9 - 4x^2 + 8x

-4x^2 + 8x - 9
