To know the which section to be shaded use a test point like (0, 0).

0 > (5)0 + 1 ----> 0 >5

The statement is false.

So, you shade the side of the line on which (0,0) doesn't lie.


To do this we pick two points arbitrarily as test points, one on each side of the line, NOT on the line.

So option C is correct.
