Step 1:

The series is image.

Root test :

(i) If image, then the series is absolutely convergent.

(ii) If imageor image , then the series is divergent.

(iii) If image, then the root test is inconclusive.

Step 2:

Here  image and image.

Find image.

Hence, by the root test, the series image is convergent.

Solution:

The series image is convergent.
