Step 1:

Find the Norton's short circuit current.

1. Short the load resistor

2. Calculate the Short Circuit Current. This is the Norton Current image.

Redraw the circuit :

Short the terminals A and B to determine the Norton current image.

Use the source transformation to convert the current source to equivalent voltage source.
