here a=3x and b=2y and n=6

so the coefficient of the 4th term is -C(3 to 6)(3x)^3 * (2y)^3

C(3 to 6)= 6!/(6-3)! 3!=20
3^3=27 and 2^3=8 so the required coef. is -20*27*8=-4320
