Given that f(x) = 4x^2 - 3x + 2

Differentiating on both sides we get,

f'(x) = d/dx(4x^2 - 3x + 2)

       = 4*2x - 3                        [Since d/dx(x^a) = ax and d/dx(ax) = a]

       = 8x - 3

Differentiating on both sides we get,

f''(x) = d/dx(8x - 3)

       = 8

Therefore f''(x) = 8, that means for all x-values, f''(x) = 8.

f''(0) = 8 and f''(8) = 8.
