The integral from -4 to 3 of f(x)dx where the following applies:

f(x) = 2 if -4 ≤ x ≤ 0
= 5-x^2 if 0 < x ≤ 3

Please show all steps for me so I can learn!

f(x) = 2 if -4 ≤ x ≤ 0
       = 5-x^2 if 0 < x ≤ 3

                   =14
