Given function f(x) = (x-1)/(x-3)(x+8)

lim(x-->infnity) [(x-1)/(x-3)(x+8) = 0

lim(x-->-infinity) [(x-1)/(x-3)(x+8) = 0

Degree of numerator is 1

Degree of denominator is 2.

Here y = 0 is the horizontal asymptote.
