Given equation -7x+8y = 0

Add 7x to each side.

-7x+7x+8y = 0+7x

8y = 7x

Divide to each sde by 8.

8y/8 = 7/8x

y = 7/8x

x is half coordinate pair and y is half coordinate pair.

To find coordinate pairs substitute x = 0,1,2,-1,-2 respectively set of coordinate pair is be

y = 0,7/8,7/4,-7/8,-7/4

Graph of above linear equation -7x+8y = 0

Draw a coordinate plane.

plot the above points.

connect the plotted points.

these line indicates linear equation -7x+8y = 0

From the graph we can observe the linear equation is look like on grid,It is passes through origin.
