In  a right triangle, ABC, if A=x and B=1/x, and C=90, how do I solve the equation x+1/x=90.

ABC  right triangle , Angle C  = 90 .

A  = x and B  = 1/x

A  + B  = 90

Compare to quadratic equation .

Roots are .

Substitute the a, b , c values.

Solution x  = 89.98 and  x  = 0.011.
