Consecutive whole numbers :

Consecutive whole numbers are whole numbers that are adjacent to one another on a given number line. An example of a consecutive whole number is 3, which is a consecutive whole number after 2; 4 is the whole number preceding 5 consecutively.

A whole number cannot be a decimal, a fraction, or a percent of a number.

1 4 / 5 menas 1 and 4 / 5.
it can be written as 1 + (4 / 5) = ( 5 + 4) / 5 = 9 / 5  = 1.8.

From the definition of consecutive whole numbers, There are no consecutive whole numbers  that make 1.8 using simple arithmetical operations.
