 The equation is x ^2 + 7x  = - 2 x ^2 + 6.

The equation convert to the form of ax ^2 + bx + c = 0.

x ^2 + 7x  = - 2 x ^2 + 6.

Subtract 2 x ^2 from each side.

3 x ^2 + 7x  = 6.

Subtract 6 from each side.

3 x ^2 + 7x - 6 = 0.

The quadratic form : 3 x ^2 + 7x - 6 = 0.
