How to put 2x=3y+8 into y intercept form?

Given line 2x  = 3y + 8

Subtract 8 from each side.

2x - 8 = 3y

Divide each side by 3.

y  = 2x /3-8/3

Slope intercept form is y  = mx + b .

y  -intercept is -8/3.
