Whats the domain for h(x)=ln(x+2)?

The function is h(x) = ln(x+2)

The domain of the function y = lnx exits when x>0 because if x=0 then ln0 is undefined.

By comparing we get,

x + 2 > 0

=> x > -2

Therefore domain is x > -2.
