Using formula = u/|u|

Calculate the magnitude,|u| =√((-4)^2+(-3)^2)

                                         =√(16+9)

                                         =√25

                                         =5

u/|u|=<-4,-3>/5

      =<-4/5,-3/5>

Therefore,unitvector in the component form =<-4/5,-3/5>
