use the chain rule dcos^-1u/du.du/dx

where u=4x+3
dcos^-1u/du=-1/sqrt(1-u^2)
=-d/dx(4x+3)/sqrt(1-(4x+3)^2)
=-4/sqrt(1-(4x+3)^2)
