The rational expression is (b3/5b2/5)8

= (b3/b2)8

= (8 * b * b * b)/(b * b)

= 8b

The rational expression is (b3/5b2/5)8

{Apply negative exponent property a-n = 1/an where a ≠ 0}

= 8b3b-2/5/5

{Apply Product of powers property aan = amn where a ≠ 0}

= (8/5)b3-(2/5)

= (8/5)b(13/5)
