The function is f(x) = 3x + 5 and g(x) = x² - x + 7 .

f(g(x)) = f (x² - x + 7)

          = 3 (x² - x + 7) + 5

         = 3x² - 3x + 21 +5

        = 3x² - 3x + 26

So f(g(x)) = 3x² - 3x + 26 .
