Function :

A function is set of orderd pairs in which each x  element has only one element associated with it.

In a coordinate pair represents first element and y  represents second element.

Given relation (-2,1), (2,0), (3,6), (3,-4), (5,3)

3 has two different images are 6,-4.

It is not a function.

A  function  is a special type of relation in which each element of the domain is paired with exactly one element of the range.

A function only assigns one y - value to a given x - value.

The relation is not a function because It assigns the y - values 6 and - 4 to the x - value 3.

So, the relation is not a function.
