Determine whether the ordered pairs are solutions of the equation:
x-3y=4

Given line x - 3y  = 4

Substitute the ordered pairs in x  and y  places.

Let 's check  each of possible solution.

a ) ( 1 , -1 )

x  = 1 , y  = -1

x  = 0 , y  = 0
