If the angles are consecutive integers then we get resultant angles are 44.5 and 45.5, but these are not integers.

Assume that the angles are two consecutive even integers.

Let one of the angle = x

And it's consecutive even integer is x +2.

So the second angle is x + 2.

Since, x and x + 2 are complementary angles.

Now the equation is  x + x + 2 = 90°

2x + 2 = 90

2x = 90 - 2

2x = 88

x = 88/2

x = 44

x + 2 = 44 + 2 = 46

The complementary angles are 44° and 46°.
