Center of circle (h, k) = (2, 5)

Required circle passes through (-3, 5) and (-1, 1)

Substitute (x, y) = (-3, 5) and (h, k) = (2, 5) in (x - h)² + (y - k)² = r^2.

(-3 - 2)² + (5 - 5)² = r²

r² = 25

Substitute (x, y) = (-1, 1) and (h, k) = (2, 5) in (x - h)² + (y - k)² = r^2.

(- 1 - 2)² + (1 - 5)² = r²

9 + 16 = 25

r² = 25

So the radius of circle = 5 units.

The circle equation is (x - 2)² + (y - 5)² = 25.
