(10a² - 15²b + 20a²b²) / 5a²

The rational expression is (10a² - 15a²b + 20a²b²) / 5a².

= (10a²)/5a² - (15a²b)/5a² + (20a²b²)/5a²

= 2 - 3b + 4b².

The quotient is 2 - 3b + 4b².
