Use formula : (a/b)9 = (a9)/(b9)

= (19)/(29)

19 = 1*1*1*1*1*1*1*1*1 = 1

29 = 2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2 = 4*4*4*4*2 = 16*16*2 = 256*2 = 512

= 1/512

= 0.001953125

Solution : (1/2)9 = 1/512 = 0.001953125
