The answer they get is 1/2. What is the correct answer

Answer is 1/2 or 1/3 ?

i got 1/3

log(x) 3/3 =1/2

log(x) 3/3*3 =1/2

log(x) 1/3 =1/2

x^(1/2) = 1/3    ( Using basic logarithmic rule: log(b) a = x ===> b^x = a )

Square on both sides

x = 1/3

Show me step by step on solving this problem
