The logarithemic equation is [3 log10 1.5] + [log10 240] - [2 log10 9] = 1

Take the L.H.S

(Apply logarithemic formula: m loga = loga^m)

= [log10 (1.5)^3] + [log10 240] - [2 log10 9^2]

(The values of (1.5)^3 = 3.375 and 9^2 = 81)

= [log10 (3.375)] + [log10 240] - [log10 81]

(Apply logarithemic formula: loga + logb = log(ab))

= [log10 {(3.375)(240)}] - [log10 81]

= [log10 {(3.375)(240)}] - [log10 81]

= [log10 (810)] - [log10 81]

(Apply logarithemic formula: loga - logb = log(a/b))

= [log10 (810/81)]

= [log10 (10)]

(Apply logarithemic formula: loga (a) = 1)

= 1       R.H.S
