Equation is x/2 + x/3 = 5/2

We can't add the fractions, since denominators are not equal.

Find the least common denominator of 2 and 3. i.e., 6

Rewrite the equation with common denominator.

(x * 3) /(2*3) + (x * 2)/ (3*2) = 5/2

(3x + 2x ) / 6 = 5/2

5x / 6 = 5/ 2

x = 6/2 = 3
