Given that in a geometric series,

First term = a1 = a = 625

Third term = a3 = ar^2 = 25

                   => 625 r^2 = 25

                   => r^2 = 25/625

                   => r = √(25/625)

                           = 5/25

                           = 1/5

Sixth term = a6 = ar^5

                         = 625 (1/5)^5

                         = 5^3/5^5

                         = 1/5^2

                         = 1/25

Therefore 6th term in a geometric series is 1/25.
