Given that f(x) = 4x + 5 and g(x) = x^2

Asked to find (fog)(-4)

(fog)(-4) =  f(g(-4))

               =  f(-4)^2

               =  f(16)

               =  4(16)+5

               =  64+5

                =  69

Therefore (fog)(-4) = 69
