The equation

-0.25 x + 1.3  =  - 0.55 x - 0.2

-0.25 x + 0.55x  =  - 0.2 - 1.3

0.3x  =  - 1.5

Multiply with 100 each side

100(0.3x)  =  100(- 1.5)

30x  =  -150

x  =  -150/30

x  =  - 5

Answer :

The Solution is x  =  - 5
