f(x)=x^3+2x^2-16x-4

f(x)=x^3-32x^2+2x-16

f(x)=x^3+2x^2-16x-32

polynomial function in standard form

f(x)=(x+4)(x-4)(x+2)

     =(x^2-16)(x+2)

    =x^3-16x+2x^2-32

    =x^3+2x^2-16x-32
