9^x-4(3^x)+3=0

(3^x)^2-4(3^x)+3=0

Substitute t  for  3^x.

t^2-4t+3=0

(t-1)(t-3)=0

t=1,3

Substitute 3^x for t is equation t=1.

3^x=1

xln3=ln1

x=ln1/ln3=0

3^x=3

x=1
