The equation is 28x+ 19x - 30 = 0

28x2 + 40x - 21x - 30 = 0                        (Factor the left side)

4x ( 7x + 10 ) - 3 ( 7x + 10 ) = 0              (Zero product property)

( 7x + 10 )   ( 4 - 3 ) = 0                          (Solve the equation)

7x + 10 = 0     or     4x - 3 = 0

7x = - 10         or       4x = 3

x = -10/7         or         x =   3/4

The result   28x+ 19x - 30 = 0 of x is ( -10/7 ,3/4).
